  Talent Acquisition Specialist - Information Technology
  We are looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT serving multiple Information Technology client groups within the recruitment & staffing function at Kolhapur Location.

Job Role : Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT

Mode : Contract to Hire

Job Location : Kolhapur

Experience: 1 to 3 Yrs

Immediate joiners will be preferred


  • Excellent communication, organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.

  • A successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goals

  • Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews.

  • Self-starter with ability to work in a face-paced environment

Responsibilities :

  •  Person will be responsible for end to end recruitment process for IT clients located at Bangalore, Pune, Goa  etc.

  • Sourcing, Screening, Head Hunting, Cold Calls, Negotiations, Engagement.

  • Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases and Job Portals.

  • List job postings on job boards, social media, corporate career web sites, and other possible channels.

  • Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and whom they will be speaking with during the interview.

  • Screening the candidate and fixing an appointment.

  • Follow up with the candidates until he turns into a joiner in the given time.

  • Counsel and convince candidates for the respective career options.

  • Scheduling, coordinating and managing candidate client interactions.

  • Screening, short-listing & validating resumes as per client requirement.

  • Conducting preliminary interview if required & source the right profiles.

  • Lining up candidates for interview.

  • Coordinating with the candidates and HR during Interviews.

  • Maintenance of candidate database.

  • Maintain / acquire Good and effective communication skills & Convincing skills.

  • End to End Recruitment for positions across verticals of the organization.
